My name is April Simmons and I am an artist who creates one of a kind tie dye and custom items (within my abilities). I'm based out of Parsons, West Virginia.

I got into tie-dyeing as a hobby back in 2018 with the help of a great friend! And officially became a small business in 2022.

The name confuses locals because there is a small area known as Shavers Fork. But there’s also a river named Shavers Fork. It’s the river I frequent and where I enjoy rinsing large orders. And where my friend and I rinsed our first batch. Hence the name.

I’ve learned so much over the years! I love to challenge myself and attempt different designs and ties. That’s how I was able to tie the shape of my home state (West Virginia) on to shirts! I’m excited to see what the future holds and to create new, unique and beautiful pieces of work!
